Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data from the Motor Insurance Calculator App, please follow the steps below. Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently deleted.

Steps to Request Account Deletion:

1. Send an email to contact.policyguide.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete Account Request."
2. In the email, include your registered mobile number and email ID associated with your account.
3. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm the deletion via email.

Important: Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Your profile information (name, mobile number, email ID, state of residence).
Your insurance premium calculation history and quotes.

We retain minimal data required for legal and security purposes, such as transaction records, which may be kept for a specified retention period in accordance with applicable laws.
